MyPerfume strives to bring you only the best name brands & highest quality products. We stand behind the authenticity of each and every product.
30 Day Easy Returns
Our No Hassles / Easy Returns Policy means Products sold at MyPerfume.com are entitled to a Full Product Refund, for a Period of 30 days from date of receipt if they are unopened, unused in the original packaging.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging
Bath & body, haircare or skincare products, including Lotion, aftershave, Shower Gel & Creams are not refundable due to heath reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
An RMA number must be requested from customer service and included with the returned package.
Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if canceled prior to order fulfillment.
If you received a Damaged / Missing / Wrong Shipment: Claims for damaged items, discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care by using our Returns form. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
Claims for Non Functioning Products (Ie Sprayer not functioning) Must be reported within 14 days from date of delivery.
Packages Refused/Returned to Sender: A $5.95 S&H fee will be assessed.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Follow the instructions below:
1. Use our Form or call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). We will email you an RMA number and instructions for the return within 24-48 hours. 2. Securely package up the unused item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging to ship your product. Fill out and include the RMA form that has been emailed to you. 3. You need to send the item back prepaid by you, We recommend that you obtain a delivery confirmation number and insure your returned package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.

Exchanges & Payment Refunds Posting Time
Exchanges & Refunds are processed within 7 business days of returned product receipt. Credit Card refunds must be made on the same credit card the original purchase was made. S&H is non-refundable.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been posted. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately one billing cycle to post your refund. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care.
