ORDERING ASSISTANCE How Do I Change or Modify My Order MyPerfume.com makes every effort to ship orders out as quickly as possible. You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not already been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment or shipped. Promptly use our form to notify us the exact changes to your order and include your order confirmation number. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. When Does My Card Get Billed Your card is charged when your order has been approved and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. (typically 48 hours not counting holidays & weekends) Which Credit Cards are Accepted? We honor the following USA Issued credit cards : Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Check Cards, Gift Cards & Debit Cards are also welcome. What Other Alternate Payment Methods are Available? Money Orders, Cashier & Personal Checks in US Dollars. Money order & cashier check payments ship Next business day after payment is received. Personal Checks are held 7 business days after deposit before products are shipped. As a New York based company, we are required to collect sales tax if the Ship To Address on your order is shipped within New York State. Shipments going to all other states are Tax Free. Can I Provide a Unique Billing & Shipping Address. MyPerfume.com allows you to ship to an address other than you billing address. Upon entering your order details be sure to enter the billing address that matches information on file with you credit card institution. Your Order may be placed on hold or canceled if we are unable to verify the billing details. Order payments made using an international credit card or that meet criteria may be asked to provide signed authorization and proper identification before we can ship your products. Out Of Stock / Backorders We attempt to keep our stock as close to "real time" as possible. Due to demand fluctuations, from time to time a product may ship seperately, awaiting fresh stock. In the rare event this occurs, the available products ordered will ship at Free Shipping and you will be updated with a date when the backorder is expected to ship.
